ESVS had nothing except a Nasdaq listing. Now that that is gone why would they even continue to pursue such a combination?

We have seen the numbers relating to ESVS. They suck.

The numbers for ZULU suck also but at least they have a chance and are priced closer to what they should be.

When people were buying those ESVS shares a while back, it wasn't because of ESVS it was because of the possibilities that Zulu would bring to the company.

I hope the ex-simmers are in a position now to take-over ZULU. That would be great. At least we would know what was going on.

Was it you, Aleta or someone else, that PH told, 'ESVS is the stock to buy'?

I hope he's up to his eyeball's in it and wasn't expecting this de-listing.

I asked this question on Yahoo, and it's a wild one: Is it possible that this deal was intended, by the principal parties, to actually take place off of Nasdaq?

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Can't you even remember why they were seeking the merger in the first place?

Let me refresh you. It was pursued so ESVS would not lose their Nasdaq listing and so that ZULU could come onto Nasdaq through the backdoor. The whole deal was based on the Nasdaq listing.

I'd venture to say there were other reason's PH wanted (had) to come through the back door instead of doing an IPO type deal.
