Better take a look at the new tax laws.

The pros will be shorting against the box starting Dec 1-98
and then deliver after Jan 1 99.... If you see a lot of volume in
the next week with no progress in pricing of AMAZON, you can guess
that the long term holders and insiders are locking in a huge profit
which they will declare in 1999. After the split they can buy
back in much cheaper..If you wait there may nothing
left to sell for ...gil
