The number of shares outstanding has not been going up, and up, and up. The number of shares in the float has been going up. Shares were issued to individuals for financing. These individuals would also like to make money, just like you, and me. They sell their shares into the float to make a profit. Here is a schedule of outstanding shares for the next few years. As you can see, this information is out there for all to see. Nothing is being hidden.

Estimated outstanding shares by year:
1998 11.2Mil, 1999 14.2 Mil, 2000 18.2 Mil, 2001 23.2 Mil,
2002 28.2 Mil
