...are quite wrongful. There is no lawsuit. There is only the threat of a lawsuit. Is this clear yet? And this is what I've been champing my bit about. OK?

And, furthermore, Brady, these words are inaccurate as well. There is no proven case of fraud here concerning Zulu. Why do you keep alluding to something that doesn't exist? Please note how you described what you did below:

"A (allegated) fraud riddled company (zulu) has no place on a listed exchange. Until it is disproven they (zulu) should not be allowed to even touch the nasdaq board."

"...fraud riddled company (zulu)...." Do you have proof of this?

"Until it is disproven...." Until what is disproven, Brady?
