Company Press Release
Anything Internet Integrates Its Internet Storefronts With Ingram Micro's Insideline
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1998--Anything Internet Corporation announces that it has successfully tested and integrated its Internet storefronts with Ingram Micro Inc.'s (NYSE:IM - news) InsideLine system.

InsideLine provides a limited group of select resellers worldwide, including Anything Internet, real-time direct access to Ingram Micro's IMpulse System via the seamless Ingram Micro Distribution System Interface (IMDSI).

InsideLine provides Anything Internet with a significant advantage when ordering products through Ingram Micro. Instead of using manual order entry and delayed batch processing, as do most resellers, Anything Internet's customers can now query Anything Internet's product database and receive a real-time status report on the product's price and availability directly from Ingram Micro's IMpulse System prior to submitting an order.

This entire process appears ''invisible'' to Anything Internet's customers, but gives them better ordering information while minimizing dependence on Anything Internet's human resources. Additionally, InsideLine provides Anything Internet with the ability to confirm orders as well as receive instant shipment tracking information after the product has been shipped, which can then be automatically sent to Anything Internet's customer via e-mail.

Ingram Micro, headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., is the world's leading wholesale distributor of technology products and services, and a leading provider of assembly and integration services, with sales over $20.9 billion for the last four quarters. The company and its affiliates operate in 31 countries, distributing more than 190,000 products to over 115,000 resellers in 120 countries. Ingram Micro's Internet site may be found at www.ingrammicro.com.

Bob Schick, Anything Internet's president and Chief Executive Officer, stated, ''Having InsideLine up and running provides us with a significant advantage over many of our competitors. Not only is this an invaluable service for our customers -- they can now access ordering information, pricing and availability, and order tracking information without our assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week -- it reduces our staff's workload so our employees can focus on improving our Internet storefronts' content and building relationships with other businesses and customers.''

Anything Internet Corporation, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., is an Internet-only retailer of more than 171,000 computer hardware, software and peripheral products to consumers and businesses. Through its Internet storefronts -- www.anythingpc.com, www.anythingmac.com and www.anythingunix.com -- Anything Internet provides its customers with exceptional product choices, superior pricing and delivery options, and easy-to-use search and purchase capabilities. Banyan Corporation (OTC BB:BANY - news) controls 27 percent of Anything Internet's Common Stock.
