There is no proof or whatsoever that CD will be paid by NM. This is nonsense since everything4less.com is a Netmarket business and Netmarket is one of the online products of Cendant, whereas NM is only a marketing company, promoting Cendant's business.
The truth is that CD will be sharing the revenues generated via the new door with NM for NM's marketing + promotional efforts. It is obvious that the money will flow into CD's pockets and that CD will receive the lion share since the info on the everything4less web site makes it clear that CD is the parent company and NOT a company called National Media (NM), which only provides a door to Cendant's Netmarket site.
