Brady, one more time. Fraud is prosecuted in a criminal court. Wage disputes are handled in a civil court. Your allegation that Zulu committed fraud (even with the civil employee contract issue still undecided by that court) is wrongful. You have convicted the unconvicted. And even if convicted, the venue is a civil case concerning an employee/employer dispute and is not what you call "fraud."

Were fraud Colvins intention, then he'd have petitioned to the proper venue in order to have such charges criminally prosecuted against Zulu. This has not happened. But, according to your position, you are assuming it did. You're wrong, Brady. You're wrong.
