Prosperous, we don't need those short name calling games here. Michael has no position and I sold mine. We want facts. We have provided all the facts we can find. The most likely conclusion is that NM is paid for the promotion and receives commissions just like AOL was. They could do well, depending on the terms of the deal. Questions to ask

1) How much was NM advanced by CD for promotion?
2) How many members does NM expect to sign up?
3) What percentage of membership fees and sales go to NM?
4) Are commissions only received if transactions go through E4L portal?
5) Is there a time limit on the deal like AOL?

When you can get the answers to those, you can invest safely. Right now you are gambling. I have done that myself, but I like to have an ace in the hole. I think CD is the big winner here.

I have done a lot of work to find as many facts as I can. Do me a favor, call investor relations and see if you can get the answers to 1-5.
