Brady, I hope you read this very, very carefully. It's about your language:

>>>"The ex-simmers are probably what got the stock kicked off nasdaq. By filing the lawsuit they put zulu in a position that it could not be used to show assets.

A (allegated) fraud riddled company has no place on a listed exchange.
Until it is disproven they should not be allowed to even touch the nasdaq board."<<<

Let's examine the language: a) "ex-simmers," implying the group of 'em; and b) "they," again implying the group of 'em.

Questions:

Is "ex-simmers" plural or singluar?

Is "they" plural or singular?

Is the only lawsuit against Zulu-tek from a "they" or a "he?"

Did Colvin also sue his "ex-simmer" colleagues in the SAME lawsuit which HE is alleging against Zulu-tek?

Is Colvin's suit, in actuality, an employee/employer contract termination dispute?

And of course, Brady wrote: "By filing the lawsuit THEY [emphasis added] put zulu in a position ...."

CONCLUSION: Brady clearly implied, through his wording above, that the lawsuit "THEY," "EX-SIMMERS," filed against Softbank was actually a lawsuit "THEY," "EX-SIMMERS" filed against Zulu-tek?

Rather than picking favorites for your team, and leaving the 'little guy' out, why not make a fair linguistic judgment here? There's gotta be someone out there who can realistically see what I saw in this. Or does your kind of manure not make the grass grow green? (LOL)
