<<The news that the c.e.o. has received an unsolicited bid to be listed on NASDAQ (as reported in the National Post) is staggering>>What is more staggering ,the fact that Nasdaq has a sales force/customer reps. (they recently had a dog and pony show in Vancouver to get small tech. stocks to list with them)or that you didn't know they solicited business just like most companies do.What would be staggering if AMX would approach them and waive its must be profitable rule.Big fees to list on Nasdaq means big commissions to sales reps..
