The web site here is a lot more than a computer. It is infrastructure for hosting, selling, fulfilling orders on 800K items. Call Centers for customer service, etc. There is no way that NM could do this without spending a ton. The domain name is worthless without the infrastructure. NM is being paid to promote CD's web site if it is like the AOL deal. They can't just pick up and move. NM will make money, but we don't know the terms of their deal. They should tell us, unless they have something to hide.
