Exactly: The Obvious play for a well monied Investor would be precisely what you have suggested....

Go Heavy long into MALL pre IPO. [Then take advantage of the UBID [small float [1.5 million only to trade on IPO day]].

Then bid the Heck out of UBID driving the price to 200.

Then sell MALL at 146.

ANOTHER SIMILAR PLAY: IFLY[small float] and IFLY warrants.

Buy up IFLY warrants at 2 [millions]

Take advantage of the small IFLY stock float [1.4 million shares] and bid the heck out of the stock driving the price to the 20's.

Then sell the warrants for 20+.
