PT, fraud can be tried in civil court.

It's a tort - an action that damaged parties can seek redress from in a civil court.

There are also criminal laws against fraud, and the government can bring fraud charges in criminal court, as well.

You are just plain wrong on this.

Okay PT I didn't write the following someone else did............

A co-founder of Softbank Interactive Marketing has filed suit against the company's new management, alleging that in taking over the company nearly three months ago the new officers defrauded him of a promised US$200,000 payment.

has filed suit against the company's new management
Which company is referenced here PT?
Does not the management represent the company? And ultimately is not the management THE COMPANY?

defrauded him
That speaks for itself.
