I assume you're speaking about fraud being tried in a civil court where damages result, not imprisonment. My error was to assume that fraud would be prosecuted because it is a crime.

Yes, I'm perfectly willing to admit where I am in error. Is Brady? Are you? Are you wrong to take his side on the secondary issue, but not be forthright in addressing the primary issue?

Moreover, do you consider an employee termination bonus a serious issue of fraud? Or is "fraud" used as inflated legal language here in order to maximum a return on damages? And why did Colvin sue his fellow "ex-simmers" in this same case? He, Colvin, sued Zulu-tek; not "they," the "ex-simmers," as Brady implied.

I dare say what we have here is a fraudulent intention to not understand the facts as they have happened on the thraads today. Why are you participating in that?
