OK, if this is the case, then how can Brady write the following?

"The ex-simmers are probably what got the stock kicked off nasdaq. By
filing the lawsuit they put zulu in a position that it could not be used to show assets."

First off, the ex-simmers were sued by Colvin, as well, in this employee termination dispute with Zulu-tek.

Secondly, Brady is implying that the "ex-simmers" sued Zulu-tek. They did not! Note how he used the plural rather than the singular. And, fundamentally, would the "ex-simmers" sue themselves?
