>>>"Just look at your recent "Can't you read" posts on Yahoo to me and Terry as well as the one to Jon here."

Sure I said that. Because none of you read what Brady wrote. Instead, you all just assumed I was wrong. On top of which, each of you--not Terry--has amplified the meaning of the Colvin lawsuit, and each of you continue to deny that Brady said the "ex-simmers" sued Zulu-tek. That, to me, shows favoritism and not objective reality. What am I, a poor boy, to do?

>>>There are people on both these threads that have been shareholders for a very long time and supported this company through much more then I every would have supported them through and yet the moment they say they believe there is a problem of any sort here you immediately accuse them of going over to the enemy, just as you first did to me when I initial sold my shares of NETZ.<<<

Not true, Aleta. Look, this is a tough situation and everyone has to make their own choices. BMW has sold his Zulu position and I commented very breifly I thought it was an error, that perhaps he should have held on a bit longer. I didn't make a major production out of it. Now will I. But when someone turns coats and attacks sharply against what I deem otherwise as true or possible, then I will respond. This is why Brady and I got in the quibble this afternoon.

The fact is, I'm very, very concerned for ESVS holders. Me with Zulu? Heck, I'm already numbed by all the ups and downs. But I think I've clearly and fairly described in other posts why I continue to hold as a long. I don't like making enemies; but I don't like becoming one either.

>>>It really has bothered me a lot over these last several months how your arrogant and highhanded attitude towards anyone that doesn't tow the Party line is allowed to continue and even supported. Thank goodness some people have the courage to stand up to your outlandish attacks and speculation on this stock.<<<

I'm glad I've had the courage to stand up to the image you've presented--a wholesome one no one would ever dare attack, All-American housewife, in fact. If I am "arrogant and highhanded" in "attitude," than so are you. Yet another example of your failure to understand the whole picture is derived from the clear fact today that you supported Brady even though I know you know that he miswrote in regards to the lawsuit dispute. So there it is!
