I'll probably get flamed for this because nobody likes a doomsayer. Well, I am not a doomsayer. Be realistic. Look at the current market levels. They are just too high. Far too high (as I believe US growth will slow next year). Wal-Mart is no exception. Revenue growth around 20% but a P/E of 40!? And with the lovefest everyone is having with this one, my contrarion concious is telling me to take some profits at this point. I think history might repeat itself. Wal-Mart will sink just before or after the stock split and stagnate for a long time while the company catches up to the growth of the stock. However, my time horizen is 10+ years so I am not going to sell. I'm tired...did any of this make sense to you all?
