Valueman, the buttons not working sounds ominous. Gregg thought the comments in the 10K were to do with the early in the year problems, but others have made comments about their Q-Phones to make me think the rework problems are current. Your problem sure is!

My QCP820 had keys which wouldn't respond earlier in the year. QUALCOMM replaced it. It was a common problem.

When I refer to the new Q phone, I mean the one with the updated plastics in 1900 mhz.
