you are absolute correct considering tsqd owns almost 20% of driv, or 3.2 million shares. figuring tsqd is 30, that = $96,000,000. the problem comes from tsqd's float (from 10-q): 25,000,000 shares authorized 11,039,179 and 10,374,870 issued and outstanding still they are not valuing in driv into the price of tsqd, nor any other part of tsqd's business.
