Scanshift: Why don't you use your current website as a vehicle for making available the information that you have. You could have an section of it available for anyone that requests the information, while not making it part of your regular website. This would not create confusion with your clients, and could only be accessed by someone who has the specific address to the additional section. Then allow anyone who is a party to it to post any information they may have in rebuttal. Seems fair to me. Bob
