Don't forget that Malaysia is not representative. While all of SE Asia is effectively under new management, the Mad Hatter has only tightened his grip, with disastrous consequences for the people. I don't disagree that the new leaders may turn out to be the same old cronies, but hope springs eternal. The ability to replace the leader, the governing party, the operating paradigm, speaks more about process than result. Mark my words, Malaysia will be wasteland until they overthrow this bum. Not to mention that printing money to avert a currency crisis has never worked.
