Will COOL continue it's downtrend tomorrow or bounce? I bought near the close. Not a good move when a stock is dropping from a big rally. Taking a chance. Craig

It's obvious that free shipping makes the product more attractive to the customer, and market share is important. You don't need to explain this. I was just concerned that COOL's quarter ends in November, and suddenly this free shipping thing got announced at the beginning of November, so wondered if perhaps the revenue numbers for September and October (2/3rds of the November quarter) were below expectations. I have no idea what the actual revenue numbers were, but if a company offers an unanticipated discount, that says to me that things may not be selling as well as planned, that's all. I'm actually sort of surprised that no one seems to share my concern. Elroy
