I spoke with Mr. White from NYRR to-day, although he was on route to a meeting he made time to speak with me.

I did not get specific factual data from some of the questions that I had for him however he did make note of my questions and indicated that he would follow-up and would make the information available via the NYRR Web Site and possibly a company news release within the next few weeks.

My questions to him covered--status of NYRR being fully reporting?--
--Update on the Conrail lawsuit?--An update on the Share Issue( in efforts to give a clearer and more up to-date picture for NYRR Shareholders relating to areas such as # of Outstanding Shares?
# of Shares in the float? # of authorized shares? Any further expected management recruitment? A business update that would bettor quantify our current situation and expected business projects and achievements for 1999?

Mr. White indicated that he would attempt to get a response to the questions within the next few weeks--he also indicated that Mr. Feygelson would be taking over the reponsibility of keeping the NYRR Web Site updated with ongoing company developments.

Based on my previous communications with Mr. White I am reasonably confident that he will follow up as he has indicated to me.

Sorry I haven't got more to report--but the overll impression that I got from my discussion is that there is much business activity taking place--and it appeared that key NYRR Management was actively immersed in following up on the recent activities that have been recently reported via press releases. JMO!

I still sense that there are some hurdles to clear but I'm hoping that they are being addressed and with the recent addition of additional management and business partnerships --hopefully this will bode well for NYRR Shareholders in 1999! JMO!

I also am looking forward to the update regarding the share configuration scenario.

I should also note that Mr. White invited any/all interested shareholders/investors to contact him at their convenience.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
