Read Terry's qualifying posts on ESVS/Yahoo.

I'm sorry, Jon. But when you dissect my words and do not dissect Brady's words on this issue, you become near fraudulent yourself, especially for purposes of this debate.

I owned up to my misunderstanding concerning civil fraud versus criminal fraud. I thought fraud was prosecuted criminally and under great penalty.

How come you won't admit that the "ex-simmers" are not suing Zulu-tek, but rather are suing Softbank Holding Company and Ziff Davis? Or would you prefer that the impression stand that Zulu-tek is being sued by "ex-simmers?" Of course you'd it stand. You're anti-Zulu and have been so since you began posting. Brady's remarks fit your purposes quite nicely.
