Yes, I would very much like to see Exhibit 2.10, and more! But we also don't know if Exhibit 2.10 speaks about POTENTIAL litigation which COULD be forthcoming from the "ex-simmer" camp. All along we've known about such a threat. But we have no way of knowing that any such litigation has actually been filed or that that is what is being referred to in the Exhibit.
