>>>IMO the delisting of ESVS is obviously not a good sign for either company.<<<

Aleta, I agree with this. And, ironically, the ESVS investors are now in a similar position that we Zulu investors were in before and after the Wired debacle. I sincerely do hope that this works out somehow for investors of both stocks.

Myself? I remain convinced that the business plan is solid and that the time remains ripe for such a business plan. I'm further convinced that given this, there will be private placement money very willing to support such a venture.

I further believe that Pat Hayton, a long time ago, wanted to be done with this and would have preferred the company flying under its own power, under its own management and with a Nasdaq status. I think he, as much as any of us, has pulled a number of hairs from out of his scalp. But given his many years as a businessman--some successes, some failures--he does know where the money is at. And I think Ajammer's got the handle if you go back and read his recent post on ESVS/Yahoo: Venture capital investors are indeed ready for this business plan, as soon as it can get sorted out.

I'll tell ya, after all we've been through, shareholders and management, I think each of us can readily hit knuckleball pitching. Given this backdrop, the ESVS delisting is yet another knuckleball, that's all. Once all is said and done, the company will be a better company because it will have gotten past all of these obstacles. This, of course, is my great hope.
