My point is that, in a libel case, the plaintiff does not have to prove or 'demonstrate' anything, the defendant has to prove that what he wrote is true. It's one of the very few instances in which the defendant is actually deemed to be guilty unless proven otherwise---kinda like going up against the IRS, I imagine<gg>.
