Maybe you are using their services incorrectly? Have you tried one or more of their computer accesses... Are you sure you know how to communicate trades correctly? Many think they do, but FEW do. If you have any sort of problem, call them and have it delt with by they operations manager. {All conversations are recorded, juts give them the time.} I buy contracts in options, and the pennies stocks in my friends account and mine.... NEVER a problem going through.
