Why the "need" though?

If RCOM's client base is growing at a rate greater than that of its competition, then its dedicated engineers should remain. RCOM has 21 or so employees. The reason - RCOM has even fewer clients perhaps. At least not enough clients to produce the revenue to do much more than provide for the incomes and employment of 21 people. The balance of things has to change appreciably. Art Rancis has to do what he prides himself on - preaching the word Racom and convicting those in need of smart cards that the answer is Racom.

Sincerely,
Marty
