Kevin, Am I the only one who sees some degree of humor in this situation? WmGladstone joined SI in September. exchange2000.com He lurked for two months and a day before making his first post. exchange2000.com And then *WHAM!!!* Lawsuit city! On his very first post! It's got to be an SI record! exchange2000.com I'm left wondering if the guy will ever post anything again anywhere on the net, let alone respond to JJC's request. I'm not saying the guy's post was correct or incorrect. I don't know. And I'm not saying that JJC is justifiably upset or not. I don't know that either. I just find it somewhat humorous that the very first time this guy (WmGladstone) posts something... KJC

kp, it is absurd for anybody to focus on a call or two or even ten and say somebody doesn't know what they are doing b/c they don't get them all right. if you get all your calls right then you are underperforming. my options strategy is set up to lose a few 100%ers in order to gain a 300-600%ers. if i'm right 1/3 of the time i'm extremely pleased and successful. however, many focus on the bad calls (especially b/c i normally buy puts and the bulls hate that! ;-) and forget about the good ones. not me, though. :-)
