Frank -
I know there were a lot of disgruntled Tandem field people, and many of them bailed. But the 'doom and gloom' has not been reflected in the sales numbers. Tandem Himalaya sales have improved more in the last 6 months than in any comparable period over the last 4 years, and the senior people in the product side (cupertino) are delighted.

Tandem's sales force was way overripe for a housecleaning. Some accounts had 4 sales people, most of whom thought their job consisted of making sure that the customer's golf game was up to snuff or that there were plenty of 'seminars' at posh resorts. That sales model has certainly changed and will change more, and the class of customer Tandem serves does not like ANY change. But the name of the game is revenue, and on that metric whatever CPQ is doing seems to be working.
