2. No. The value of ZuluMedia is irrelevant. The damage to the injured parties is. They feel they were damaged in that amount. And, yes, I DO believe that SIM (not ZuluMedia) *could* have been worth 200M. It was once a thriving ad network.

3. I don't agree with you that that was amplification.

4. Irrelevant. Brady said that the lawsuit alleges fraud, and it does. He didn't comment on whether it was "pety" or not.
