In the Lewis article the following absurdity is offered:

In the past several years Alan Greenspan has not
merely abandoned his belief that markets, and the robust
individualists in them, should be left to their own devices. He
has instilled in the capital markets the notion that the
government exists to protect them.


If this were true it would be headlines indeed. Of course it is not. He doesn't even bother to give evidence of this conversion, which if true would be on the scale of Saul/Paul.
