Untouchable, et al. - please call the company and request a proxy. Everyone has a right to have a proxy. As for issues - there are more issues than board of directors. And jmt - you can do whatever you wish. I only encourage everyone to get their proxies and either mail them in or have John vote them - please do not feel that I am trying to make you vote your shares. If you feel it is a waste of your time, then by all means sit on your shares. I know that last year Don put someone on the board that no one ever heard of nor has heard mention of since. In truth, the only board member right now is Don and someone that they put on when Scott resigned. I understand he is more involved with the company and was instrumental in getting to MCI, but I think we should have a right to vote down someone that is just a figurehead. You are, of course, entitled to your opinion.
