Also a 144 is only an intent to sell and there fore maybe they did not sell any at all. Don't they have to file a form 4 in order to sell a large sum of shares?

Selling of shares is not always why a 144 filing is announced. The filing must be done when shares are restricted. Many times the shares are sold far before the announcement of the filing is printed, and also many times the filing is done so when the stock hits a specific target price it can be sold. I don't care WHO sells at WHAT price or WHEN. It is more important that the concept, ideals and insiders stay the line. Since their shares are locked up until I believe August, why worry about an investor who wants to either eat and wear clothes or move on to what they perceive as a greener pasture. Lets focus on our ideals and what we want for ourselves. If you believe PNLK will help you reach your goals, buy it. If you don't see PNLK as a way to further your ideals and goals, don't buy it. No amount of hype or stock smashing will change reality, do your homework and make a decision. Behind door #1 BUY or behind curtain #2 DON'T BUY.

Regards,

Roy

The last batch of PNLK selling was minor in comparison to the months Prior to November...I took a look at the Past charting available on this stock and came to the following conclusion:
There was lots more selling at the beginning of June, in the middle of July, and at the beginning of October. Although there was selling at the beginning of November it was no where near the volume of the former Months Mentioned. This indicated to me that selling interest In PNLK at these depressed levels is nearing nonexistence. With even a little Buying volume today a clear reversal will be formed and an upward trend will continue.
Technically , my read on the stock, is it is solid here and now. The longs are also solid in there belief of this. Personally I think we are the ones who have seized the moment for the future, we are not alone as others get exposure to PNLKs business/stock they will also join in...
The conditions are right for short interest to pick up on the smaller cap companies and there targets will be stocks with no earnings who have had substantial upside movement on Hype alone...What interest will they have in PNLK? NONE!
Of coarse this is JMHO

<< Is 144 filing uncommon in the BB world, especially for a new company ? Is it possible that these shares were used for some kind of payment, if so, why would they not sale. I usually cash my paycheck every two weeks, people have to eat. Now, this is just one scenario that COULD explain some of the 144 filings.>>

one thing is certain- these folks do not know any more about the co than we do, and probably a good deal less. They "just don't get it."
