Yes, Sun is going to offer about 0.50 shares for SPYG. SPYG performed nicely in the past 2 sessions and recent call option activity can be indeed labeled 'unusual'. Larry McMillan first noted the activity last week.

Sun & SPYG will work with AOL on the device market: set-top boxes, wireless devices, etc...
