OK, here's a beginning:

My lunch today will be very substantial--more than I really need--and it will cost me exactly $1.55.

It will conist of one double-decker supreme from Taco Bell, which with tax is $1.13 and is full of fiber from the beans as well as more protein than I need from the beef and more fat than is good from the sour cream, and also with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions is awfully good tasting. From my office refrigerator I will take a Sam's Club diet coa (12.5 cents) and for dessert a Nutrigrain bar (25 cents).

Some of my friends will be spending $8.50 or so for their lunches. I will then be ahead of them by a tax-free $7.00, to earn which one would have to hold $100 in a savings account for two years.

Next lesson will be on how to re-use dental floss.
