If you run a 10-kilometer race and then get in the car and drive home, you may feel faint because blood has pooled in the leg muscles and not enough is available to your brain...

Or because you're dehydrated. Or because you wouldn't have run ten kilometers if you weren't suffering from some sort of cerebral inadequacy in the first place.
