Care to take a seat at the roulette table? Lottery tickets? We might be approaching a great time to buy lottery tickets: Silver Dec 99 options: $7.00 @ 4.4c $6.75 @ 5.2c Any plans to buy a few? If we do see a big move in 99 as we approach Y2K.....it might be a lot of fun to own a few of these................ Crude oil Dec 99 options at $35 appear to be 1c.....way out of the money and probably worthless.....but if we start to see problems with the oil production system.........controlling a barrel of oil for 1c might be an interesting proposition......
