Barbara: FWIW In the past I have had problems with DLJ on execution reports on DCTC and other BB stocks. I found the easiest way to find out if they have ben executed is to put in a cancel and I usually get back the too late to cancel message. I closed my DLJ account and went to E trade for this very reason

Barbara, I now have a confirmation (after 42 minutes of the market being open) of my 500 share order, but not for the 900 market. It's almost like the MM's are holding up orders to make it appear that there is not a lot of buying out there this AM. I have to wonder just how much there actually is, but doesn't it seem like with the volume so far showing light that small orders would get filled quickly? James I see a 900 at the ASK at 10:06, so perhaps that was mine, though DLJ has not confirmed yet.
