I have also had some difficulty with the ATI tuner. I had it working for my first W98 install. But I trashed that install semi-inadvertantly and haven't been able to get the tuner working since. I was not playing the OC game initially and likely had the front end bus at 66mhz during that install. I also had only 1 monitor hooked up initially as well. I've been interested in retrying that scenario to see if I could re-activate the tuner ... but it is not a priority and I haven't gotten to it.

Would like to offer more, but hope this provides another angle of attack.
