had same experience, saw a cancel on-line on a buy. Next day after market was open for 40 mins. they called and said order was filled, say what! Filled when?, did they execute a day order from the previous day? I saw it said canceled, never could get a straight answer from them and I tried and tried. Anyway I made $ on it, but it was still another mistake, it is just terrible and it's all the time. I want it to work out, but really, are they cheaper???? Are they??? Factor in ALL their errors and they are very expensive. I make enough bad decisions without their help<g>.

Go get the free software and look DLJ over. I've never had 1 second of trouble with them.

I lost 30k today while I was on hold for 1 hour waiting for a broker to answer the phone. The web site was down. I am filing a complaint with the SEC. This is clearly incompetence on their part and it is costing ne money
