It maybe a while longer to make this filing, when I went to file it this morning it crashed the C Drive, I am running on a backup this filing will go in later or maybe in the morning. KAA

Here's a good site to start with... freeedgar.com You can look up past filings under SEARCH FILINGS or TODAY'S FILINGS which are constantly being updated. You can then filter by type of filing (10K in this case) or alphabetize by clicking COMPANY. At any rate, you can expect it within a few hours after Keith submits it to the SEC.
