Mark, Every belief system involves an element of faith. Where you said, "It is my contention that God is the personification of unconditional love. Displaying that attribute is reflecting his presence in your life." I agree with the first part of your statement in that God presents His unconditional love in that absolutely anyone can come to Him, regardless of their condition, no matter how reprehensible it may be for salvation through Jesus. With the second part, how can we of our own volition reflect that attribute all the time if we rely upon ourselves? We will always fall short of the mark. (No pun intended) For this reason we need God to do the work in us according to His plan and as the bible says "putting on the righteousness of Christ" by turning to Him for salvation. John By the way, I'm not too proud to admit ignorance. I see IMO utilized often, I thought it meant "in mind of" but am unsure. Please enlighten me.
