AWEB : News highlights .....

Anyone hearing about Allnet Services for the first time should know it has established major relationships with other online services, especially Digital River.

The Spanish version is a major edge over most all-english speaking sites as well.

Current valuation is way below EBAY, ONSL, EGGS. Much upside potential imo.

CEO has been very approachable via email. I have corresponded several times with him over the past 6 months. This will not be a BB for long! Good luck to all.

AllnetServices.com Corp. and Digital River Enter Software Distribution Agreement
PR Newswire - July 24, 1998 16:05
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- AllnetServices.com Corp. (OTC
Bulletin Board: AWEB) today announced the company has entered into an Electronic
Software Distribution (ESD) partnership with Digital River, the world's largest
online database of software products. As a result of the partnership, Allnet will
offer its customers, for the first time, the opportunity to purchase and download
software directly from three of its Internet sites, as opposed to physical delivery
of boxed products only. As part of the Agreement, Digital River will provide Allnet
with access to its vast inventory of more than 100,000 digital products.
Additionally, Digital River's SSL-secured e-commerce engine will perform credit
card screening and export management for all electronically downloaded software
sales.
"The partnership formed through the ESD created by Digital River allows us to offer
incremental sales at no additional cost while customers can experience their
purchases immediately," said Robert Aubel, President and CEO of Allnet. "Digital
River's proprietary technology for digital delivery, commerce and encryption
systems complements, perfectly, Allnet's security and retailing network. This
Agreement adds a great alternative for our customers and is an excellent addition
to our growing list of products."
AllnetServices.com Corp., which was formed in April 1997, spent seven months
designing proprietary, fully scalable systems architecture for the Internet shopping
marketplace. The Company specializes in the marketing and distribution of a broad
range of products and services at wholesale prices to both consumer and trade
