Etrade .. Go to their Home page and fill out the "How Are We Doing" questionair. If everyone would flood them with bad ratings maybe they'll take notice. Also, if you are directly connected to the internet via your ISP try this command from the DOS prompt: TRACERT trading.etrade.com It'll show the responce time of every node along the net. The last few should be from ETrade's site. Take not of the Response Timeouts. Very bad.
