It certainly makes sense, although I'd need to look at some examples to start some DD. I'm not familiar with the sector.

NAVR action.... After the panic of the decline from 27 to 13 subsided, It started to jump back up. It hits a new higher level were it finds sellers that have open limit orders. These orders are take out and it moves to next level. 13 1/2, 14 1/2, 15 1/2, 16 1/2 now over 17 1/2.

This IMHO indicates buying. What do u think? I think mid 20's will be seen again today.
