Announces the Signing of a Software Distributor Agreement Winners Internet Network, Inc. (OTC BB: WINR) today said that David C. Skinner, Jr., the Company's President and CEO, would like to announce the signing of a new contract with Vaudeville Holding, Inc. Vaudeville Holding is a gaming software developer on the Island of Curacao.
