So that Press Release October 30th, was a little dishonest then? The auditors hadn't completed their review, yet the company published them as though they had? We are working closely with our independent auditors, BDO Seidman, LLP, and our securities attorneys, Brewer & Pritchard, to finalize the filing of Form 10-SB with the SEC to bring the Company to fully reporting status. We expect the filing to be completed within a few days.

Well Ernie, I guess I missed something today. I missed those promised numbers. I posted last week that I was told EDII anticipates the filing Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. Just got off the phone with John Stump and I ask if he still expected release this week . He said , at this time this still appears to be the case. They have and will continue to answer any questions the auditors have. So I suppose that the auditors have questions that still require answering. I also suppose that EDII is working to avoid an adverse finding by the auditors. That would sure be a kick in the pants after that October 30th PR.
