I have had the same problem with ScotTrade this morning. . I could have made 25K this morning at the open but my order was never executed even though I had my sell below the bid. I called them and they were not sure if it went through or not , then the server crashed for 15 minutes , a confirmation never was received so I ended up canceling the order. Talk about nightmares....
Let's hope we close above 20 today, the volume certainly indicates it.

John, Check this. I put in a buy order with JB Oxford at 13 before the market opened. I didn't get it. So I thought.

1 hour later I changed it to 17. Then I get a note that they refused the change to 17 because I bought it at 13. It took an hour to know that I bought NAVR at 13. Actually, don't understand how I got it at 13.

The problem with ALL OF THE INTERNET BROKERS is that you don't know whether you bought a stock or not when it's busy. Most of the day it's OK. It's the first hour or 2.
